Staff extremely unprofessional. Food is unhygienic found mosquito in coffee. Washroom mug broken. Location is on Road lots of vehicle noise

Cleanliness is very bad with dustbin not clean, floors dirty, toilets not clean. They also don't provide proper toiletries. The location of hotel is also far away from city. This hotel is not very suitable for family crowd.

Location of hotel is highly convenient for Khanvel. Rooms are recently refurnished with modern amenities. Quality & taste of food is up to the mark. Scope to improve on room service. Worli paintings on Hotel front & in restaurant are worthy & new to me. Location is convenient for Dhudhani Lake & Butterfly park.
