Don’t expect much
Property location was fantastic still it is far from Mumbai. Compare to cost of Food, quality was Average. Hospitality was fantastic. Amenities were average as Towels were not cleaned properly and was having bad odours. Soap dispensers for bath was empty. Swimming pool was very very small and one pool which was common for all was remarkably dirty.

It was amazing gateway experience as caretaker was amazing and food was great.

Very terrible experience, as our footwear was terribly damaged by property dog in the night time, we were completely unaware of dogs in the surroundings, they are not at all concern about our losses and we need compensation for the same

Good Stay
property needs maintenance and repair. there was moulds everywhere, in the rooms, curtains, bathroom curtain. wallpaper in the room had come off due to water leakage from roof. terrace area was closed and not accessible as it was covered with tarpoline as there is leakage problem. the jacuzzi was working but the hot water system was not working. the hospitality of manoj was the only best thing we experienced. he was always available and helpful. food was very good and the service too. he was the star. 🌟

Average stay which could be good if they have proper power backup
Property is good, limited food choice but food is good. The only issue here is electricity and they do not have a proper full time backup for the frequent power cuts and in their backup apart from few lights and fans nothing else works not even geyser if one has to take a bath.

Stayed a nithyam in wada. It's a good property. Well maintained. I booked this for the first time and usually stayed in a resort so there was apprehension with respect to safety. This is however a gated community cluster of 70 villas. So there are many people to take care of the overall property. You feel safe. Rooms are basic but very clean and hygiene. Property has a garden, private pool and jacuzzi. All well maintained and clean. Food is good but the menu is fixed. If you need extra they charge extra but it's available. Staff is courteous. My caretaker manoj ghatal was an amazing guy. Good hospitality. You will get good privacy as well. There is a tractor ride and a nature trail which is complimentary and not to be missed they show you the entire property. There is a lake with a big well as well near the property which is worth visiting. You have all the basic amenities such as gas, oven, fridge and two bathrooms. They have a tv but only free to air channels are displayed. They can have some basic channels to cover music and kids. Overall an amazing stay should definitely go for it. Would definitely repeat my stay.

Excellent Stay
The jacuzzi makes our day, the property is well-maintained, safe, and secure, and you can bring your kids to play in the nearby garden. I found this property on mm t at a lower price. Although the cost of the meal is a little high here, it is still worth it because the quality is excellent. When you call caretaker sandeep, he always tries to provide you his best service. He was extremely kind and accommodating. On demand, he can arrange bbq as well. Overall, i had a really pleasant time at saffronstays. Strongly advised.

Saffron stays
familyVilla nithyam was a good experience for a family of two. It was 2-1/2 hours away from city and a lush green well maintained property. We had visit to nearby lake and a forest safari. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Food was excellent and healthy. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
