bathroom door was breakable,room was so dirty disgusting horrible never come dis hotel

I had book room with tv, water purifier and wifi but those amenities were not available in hotel. Breakfast was available after 11:00 am. Staff response were avarage.

The property was not too clean and the blanket and bed were having some bad smell

The room was not clean — I noticed stained linens, dusty surfaces, and an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Basic amenities such as hot water, Wi-Fi, or even functioning lights were either unreliable or completely unavailable.

Such a pathetic experience i had with this hotel. Room is smelling like died rat, there is no cleanness in room, no room service even i had asked manger to change bedsheet & blanket since they are smelling like hell but no boday came to change that also nobody came for spary room freshner even.

my experience in this hotel was the most terrible among all,the staff was rude and the rooms which I booked was also not given to us we were forced to take much smaller room on same price and that to very untidy and dirty the tv was not working the water was leaking from ac and they also denied us to give us the complimentary breakfast if I would have option to give 0 star rating I would have preferred that
