Overall good stay. Staff was good. and we didn't face any problems. Good cleanliness. Restaurant food could be better. and Room size can be bigger. Apart from that everything is fine.

The room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit compact. Some amenities like the TV and phone were not functioning during my stay, which was slightly inconvenient. The washroom looked polished, but the absence of a separate wet and dry area made it a little uncomfortable to use. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in terms of functionality and comfort.

I checked into the hotel on 13th at 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, I had to face a lot of inconvenience due to the non-availability of proper hot water facilities despite the cold weather and continuous rainfall. 1. At the time of check-in, no hot water was available in the room, and using cold water in such weather meant risking health issues. 2. When I contacted the hotel staff, they informed me that hot water would only be available between 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, which is impractical for guests. 3. After complaining, the hotel staff provided just one bucket of hot water, which was insufficient. 4. Most tourists visit this place for early morning rituals. My scheduled puja on 14th at 3:00 AM required me to take a bath at 2:00 AM, but the hotel initially refused to provide hot water at that time. 5. Only after repeated complaints, the hotel reluctantly agreed but still asked me to inform them 30 minutes in advance. This meant I had to wake up at 1:30 AM just to request hot water for 2:00 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. 6. Even during the regular hours, the hot water provided was lukewarm at best, not properly hot. In your advertisements,clearly mentions that both hot and cold water are available, but the actual service did not match this claim. This information caused us a lot of inconvenience. Moreover, since almost all hotels were house-full at that time, we could not even change the hotel. My request: Please take strict action against the hotel for poor service. Kindly ensure that your advertisements clearly mention the exact hours of hot water availability Consider providing compensation/refund for the trouble and discomfort caused. Thank you.

Mr tiwari’s welcome is fantastic. He guide us proper. Room is neat and clean. Hotel staff is perfect.

Unfinished room structures, broken faucets but overall service was good. But there is room for improvement. Also could add a few more choices in the menu.

The stay was okay for 1 day stay but definitely wrong with basic amenities. Tried taking a bath and saw muddy water trough tap.

We wouldn't book this hotel again, or recommend this to anyone. For the price charged, the amenities, services hygiene were not worth. The AC cooling didn't work, the reception gentleman offered to change rooms, but it was late and we were tired. To compensate, they said they'd pack breakfast for our checkout the next morning. Didn't happen. The other reception agent said that he'd talk to the owner and get some refund. Over a week, no refund yet. The only USP of the hotel is proximity to the temple. They definitely need to work on the hygiene of the room.

It's highly over priced for a very normal room. The mattress and pillow was very hard and even the blanket was not clean. Location: Extremely Good. Very close to Bus Stand and Trimbakeshwar Temple. Food: Poor. There were Rats roaming in the Resturant located beneath Hotel. Food quality was also very low standard. Costly as compared to expected basic food services. Also, i was told to visit Restaurant instead of delivery in my Room (except for the night of my arrival). Amenities: Noting special at all was available. Services: Average. On the 3rd day of my arrival, i requested for room to be cleaned. They took Towels but didn't give me another set assuming that i has one of my own.

The hotel that was shown in the MMT was not all the same. It was the hotel aur the app I don’t but they charged as very much what the actual price was. Very disappointed with the stay. I will never suggest this place to anyone. It is also the work of MMT to avoid showing these kinds of hotel in their aap and verify it.

Hotel has not maintained daily housekeeping , looks messy if we stay 2 or more days.

Food was Excellent, Location - Excellent (very near to temple) and Facilities was average scope to improve

Water from faulty plumbing upstairs was leaking on our bed. We had to request for a room change and got a look less nicer room.

Pleasant stay with frequent and secure capture at neighboring tourist destinations. Value for money is found in amenities and food.

I had a wonderful stay at Druv Palace! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was very pathetic. Cost was very much on higher side. No amenities, towel, kettle and soaps etc. also proper car parking was not available. They guy at the hotel was not cooperative and didn't bother to arrange me proper parking

I have book 3 room but they have provided only 2 and when we ask reason they told us to check with MMT.
