Hotel Dhruv Palace

Bedcover was not good and got rashes by morning. Can see small cockroaches moving around. Boy at the reception was least bothered to hear our concern and response was quite arrogant. What we see in the website and live are not same .

I didn’t expect the service and rooms to be that good! Top notch service and very decent rooms. Specially the polite behaviour from Nehruddin who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable even allowed us a late check out so that we can do our temple visit without rushing too much.

Unhygienic rooms very very bad experience will not recommend this hotel to anyone they serve stale food also

Room was not good, room service was very bad, continue asking for kettle to drink hot water but was not provided, room was dusty

Excellent hotel for a stay at Trimbakeshwar. Accommodation is superb, hot water is available 24x7. Food is also available. Five stars for the courteous staff.

It was good and very near to Trimbakeshwar jyotirlinga situated at Nashik

well maintained and clean rooms with bathroom, but its just a bit expensive.

Druv Palace is average in terms of room service, food, cleanliness. There is a continuous foul smell of a gutter or waste dumping yard, which is unbearable.

The room was not clean enough. Restaurant was not in a good state or clean either. No intercom available to connect to reception.

Nice stay.., Very near to the temple, friendly staff clean rooms. Bed sheets and towels are also properly washed., They have maintained the hygiene

Overall good stay. Staff was good. and we didn't face any problems. Good cleanliness. Restaurant food could be better. and Room size can be bigger. Apart from that everything is fine.

The room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit compact. Some amenities like the TV and phone were not functioning during my stay, which was slightly inconvenient. The washroom looked polished, but the absence of a separate wet and dry area made it a little uncomfortable to use. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in terms of functionality and comfort.

I checked into the hotel on 13th at 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, I had to face a lot of inconvenience due to the non-availability of proper hot water facilities despite the cold weather and continuous rainfall. 1. At the time of check-in, no hot water was available in the room, and using cold water in such weather meant risking health issues. 2. When I contacted the hotel staff, they informed me that hot water would only be available between 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, which is impractical for guests. 3. After complaining, the hotel staff provided just one bucket of hot water, which was insufficient. 4. Most tourists visit this place for early morning rituals. My scheduled puja on 14th at 3:00 AM required me to take a bath at 2:00 AM, but the hotel initially refused to provide hot water at that time. 5. Only after repeated complaints, the hotel reluctantly agreed but still asked me to inform them 30 minutes in advance. This meant I had to wake up at 1:30 AM just to request hot water for 2:00 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. 6. Even during the regular hours, the hot water provided was lukewarm at best, not properly hot. In your advertisements,clearly mentions that both hot and cold water are available, but the actual service did not match this claim. This information caused us a lot of inconvenience. Moreover, since almost all hotels were house-full at that time, we could not even change the hotel. My request: Please take strict action against the hotel for poor service. Kindly ensure that your advertisements clearly mention the exact hours of hot water availability Consider providing compensation/refund for the trouble and discomfort caused. Thank you.

Mr tiwari’s welcome is fantastic. He guide us proper. Room is neat and clean. Hotel staff is perfect.

Unfinished room structures, broken faucets but overall service was good. But there is room for improvement. Also could add a few more choices in the menu.

The stay was okay for 1 day stay but definitely wrong with basic amenities. Tried taking a bath and saw muddy water trough tap.

We wouldn't book this hotel again, or recommend this to anyone. For the price charged, the amenities, services hygiene were not worth. The AC cooling didn't work, the reception gentleman offered to change rooms, but it was late and we were tired. To compensate, they said they'd pack breakfast for our checkout the next morning. Didn't happen. The other reception agent said that he'd talk to the owner and get some refund. Over a week, no refund yet. The only USP of the hotel is proximity to the temple. They definitely need to work on the hygiene of the room.
