Hotel Midtown - Inn

First of all Checkin time is very late, Hotel should shift this time from 12 pm to atleast 9-10 am as all People travelling for trimbakeshwar darshan so most of the buses drops around early morning. I have travelled with my mother father and we took premium room with 4 people accomodation capacity but after darshan in the morning we can back to hotel around 2-3 pm for taking some rest and there you go... we all suffering from high noise of Drilling machine and hammers on top of 3rd floor. My father called then still after 1 hr around 5 pm they stopped and ruined our afternoon rest. Also if room is available before checkin then if it is 2 hrs early they should not take early check in charges (30% of room tariff) specially where devotees come from very far for Jyotirling darshna. very bad experience... if you are paying 3-4K for such a poor service it is waste of money and not recommended for any family travellers... 🙏🙏

Worst experience with the hotel stay here, dirty pillows covers, bed sheets and lot of mosquitoes. Very bad scenario poo was there in front of the room itself. Have shown it to hotel guys. Please remove these type of hotel from your list.

property's location is good. But no food services are there. TV services totally stopped. Several times requested to start tv but no response. I left hotel on 21.10.25 instead of 22.10.25. Also rang your number to lodge complaint but no response from your end. I hope you deduct money for one day and credited to my accounts.

The hotel is not at all good . Basic things like a clean room , clean bedsheet and towels are missing . The room should not be costing more than 500 per night . The location is good but amenities and cleanliness is very bad .

location of the hotel is good. it is 500 meters from temple and has ATMs around it for convenience. Room was not worth 2000 rs though. it should not have been more than 1000. Not ideal for a family of 3 and more. At max go as couple for an overnight stay.

Small rooms, parking only for 2 cars, my car got damaged when parked outside

Room is nice & clean with 2 single & 1 large bed for family, AC is from good brands, only disappointed with parking outside & cockroaches were there near beds walls, management needs to do paste control on regular basis.

Overall location is good, room is so congested and small rest all things is ok not upto the mark

The hotel is okay. There are almost low to no facility. They said free parking but had to park outside. No room service. We booked for 3 people and paid extra for the third. Still, the room was so small we were not able to stand in the room. Cleanliness was average. There were hairs here and there. Overall, not at all worthy of the price we paid. Won’t consider staying again.
