It’s too expensive.. but no service according to the price and not providing proper services to the customers

if only u r going to end up sleeping on the roadside then opt for this hotel. only on the outside this hotel looks luxurious, but very very very bad rooms, toilets and service. if the management is reading this message, Guys hospitality is a Service which not everyone can do. pls get the right guys to run your business.

they are charging 5000 for super deluxe room just to live in their hotel. No room service, no kettle, no glass or cup for tea. Also you have to call the reception to get the geyser started. Such a pathetic hotel, it was completely waste of money. Also, pillows in the rooms had a fungus and when we requested for change they said they have same pillow in every room. Please carrying their children please be aware as they are just looting the customers.

Very average property with very basic amenities. Comparing to the price we paid its complete off. Its more or less two star property. However its close to the temple and staff is good and courteous. Property is a big hands down. Whole day construction is goin on in the hotel which makes it difficult to stay during the day time, very loud machine noise till 6 pm. Nd no wifi available

Over priced , no value for money ,No hot water, dirty linen and towels, leaking faucets , no kettle for hot water and poor service

Three Leaves is the Best Hotel in Trimbakeshwar. It was a comfortable journey. Just had one problem with Washroom, the commode was spilling water out little bit when flush was done. It could be improved. Wi-Fi was not working, but not a problem as that was a temporary problem. The Food is delicious up to the maximum level and is within the reasonable price.

This is one of the best property available in the Trimbakeshwar Mandir Area.

The hotel is under renovation. Very loud noise throughout the day. (Drilling and hammering). Rooms have very bad seepage. My old parents could not rest and noise was so unbearable that we stepped out on a drive to escape. When complained to reception, hotel manager straight away denied to stop the work. Very unpleasant experience. The only good part was the restaurant food.

Location near to the Temple by walk. Food in the restaurant is good and tasty. There is no WiFi which was a challenge.

The service quality is poor. The WCs in washrooms have a problem of water coming out when you flush. Upon complaint they changed the room but the second room had the same problem. We also asked for room cleaning during star and we were told room is cleaned only once while they did clean it afterwards

My stay at THREE LEAVES HOTEL, Trimbak, Nashik had its ups and downs. Pros: Prime Location – Just a 10-minute walk to the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple, which is very convenient for visitors. Easy Access – Getting in and out of the hotel is hassle-free, which is a big plus in a busy pilgrimage town. Ample Parking – Plenty of parking space available. Spacious Rooms – The rooms are large enough to be comfortable. Prompt Staff – The staff respond quickly to requests, but they could benefit from better training in hospitality etiquette. Cons: Uncoordinated Reception – We reached late for check-in, and out of courtesy, the night staff promised us a late check-out, which the morning staff then refused. This lack of coordination was disappointing. No In-Room Dining – There is no room service for food, so you must go to the in-house restaurant for every meal. Hygiene Concerns – The bed sheets and quilt were extremely dirty on arrival. Though they replaced them on request, the replacements were only slightly cleaner, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Summary: THREE LEAVES HOTEL offers a good location and decent basic amenities, but it falls short on cleanliness and coordinated service. With better attention to hygiene and staff training, it could be a much better choice for pilgrims visiting Trimbakeshwar.

Location of three leaves hotel was very close to temple, lobby and premises of the hotel was pleasant but during our stay construction and repair work was going on, whole afternoon was noisy and really irritating. Room service for food wasn’t provided, one have to go to restaurant for lunch and dinner. Room felt damp and poorly maintained. Sheets on Bed were stained. There was no complimentary tea or coffee provided in room, no hot water kettle, even no glasses to drink water after paying such steep price for below average room. Restaurant had good ambiance, Food was average and overly priced compared to other restaurants nearby. Waiters didn’t want to work, during breakfast only one waiter was serving all the tables, lack of management was visible. Reception staff was non responsive. Overall we had poor experience and bad service.

normally breakfast is included in the stay tariff but it was not included. Restaurant service was good

The property is well located for visit to the temple. It’s about 1 km away but the approach road is bad. Also, the hotel needs to work on their cleanliness part. The sheets and the blankets were all dirty. The beds were made up but not cleaned. The room was already having water seepage. Though the hotel does not offer breakfast, the restaurant has a good collection of food.
