Very decent room in decent price, staff is very polite and nice.

Its was good but no breakfst provided, electricity issue, rest everything was good enough

The room was okay okay there was no food available you have to order it from outside if you have ocd then this is not the right place for you the washroom was very unhygienic the jet spray was so dirty i didn't use it you can get better hotels at the same price

The room was clean and has beautiful patio to chill. Is very close to arambol beach and rawalnath temple if you like temple hopping. They don't have kitchen but there are numerous restaurants and bars besides along with live bands where you can go chill as well. Highly recommended

When we arrived the tv was not recharged we had to call for it and after that we ordered food it was delivered in a wrapped silver foil without any cutlery when asked for plates and cutlery they said it's not provided ac was not cooling fan was making sound and the pool was dirty very disappointed

I had come to pernem for a 2day planned trip with my mom and was staying at Royal Tulip 🌷. I felt very good and homely at this hotel. Ok will recommend my friends as well to visit this place. The room was very clean and well maintained with AC. However the food was bit spicy for my tastebuds. It can be done better for good customer experience. First day tea was awesome 🥳. Second day tea was milky which my mom and me don't like. I feel food can get better 😃

Staf was not polite, not value for money.

Quality the first thing i noticed about the hotel is that it seemed very calm. Room was very clean.

The host was very polite and helpful.

The property loction was clear. Expectations on the environment, rooms, sanitation, pool, food were all met. Decent place to stay and budget friendly. Had a great time. There was no disturbance or trouble from the hosts they were all friendly and polite.

Overall experience was good but the prices are too high

You reach this place via a mudroad out of nowhere. Poolside restroom stinks like railway toilet. Bathroom in room has pan stains and we faced water shortages all the time during our stay. I was taking a bath when water ran out and had to wait 30 mins covered in soap

Room were spacious and clean. Liked staying there.

Baga beach 23kg so long distance and also every place long distance don't book this hotel

Check in time is less, location is little tricky once we reach the location, just to take a right turn (was confused but managed later. Rooms were not cleaned daily but we managed to maintaining them clean regularly. Washroom sync was blocked, as we have two rooms we managed. Overall it was a peaceful location, near by main visiting places in north goa, overall it was a good stay.

It was near to arambol beach. Just 1 km. Not much crowded. Swimming pool was plus.

Certain questions need to have a “none” option as I was forced to choose an option when it was not accurate (there was absolutely no problem in checking in or finding the location). Great hospitality since we arrived past midnight. Vaibhav always greeted and served us with a smile, irrespective of the hour of the day! Rooms were well equipped. Peaceful location and Value for money. Would surely love to go back 😊

Don't forget to go to beach market
