There is no word to express the feelings. Sure this is not fit for tourist. There is lots of differences between the photo display and actual. Even after reaching the destination auto fellow can guide for good hotels. Bitter experience.

Non ac rooms were perfect for the winter season.

No service for towel, soap, hot water in deluxe room. Don't stay here.

The images shown in the hotel Page is totally different from what the room is . The room stinks a lot when you enter . We had no other go than staying there because of less time . Its not worth enough for what you pay .

This hotel doesnot have facilities as we wish. Toilets were too dirty and room doesnot have facilities as we want. Here we book bed rooms online but when we reach Amritsar they only give us 2 bed rooms. In nutshell I want to say that this hotel doesnot have any type of facility

Very good hotel with excellent public transport connections. Good even though a bit pricy breakfast. Overall good value for money. Would visit again.

All the things are excellent. We enjoyed a lot there. The location of this place was excellent. The room is very clean and attached with bathroom. So it is easy for us to survive in the new place. Overall the quality of room is good.

It was a good average budget hotel. It was an good average budget hotel. Three kilometre from Golden Temple. Good Locality in whole lot of Amritsar. If you are on a budget travel, then this hotel is for you. Many temple are near this hotel. You can enjoy a good view from the hotel building. Parking facility is available.

The stay was OK overall. But not clean at all. And on the check-out, the hotel owner was asking for extra tax for stay. But I did not pay that because I have never heard about that. It looked as cheap.

Tea not provided at all in my 2 days stay. Not even towel was provided when I asked, they made me wait for half an hour at reception and gave a single towel and still they didn't gave me soap. No one was there to hear you, every time you run behind them no phone at room. They told they will send water to room but they didn't at night I again gone to reception for water and they don't have chilled water there refrigerator was not working. The room is also not like they have shown in pic so don't ever book hotel from MMT.

No one was there to provide even water. They charge extra tax. Which was **** high plus toilets were smelling and were not clean. I had to move without using toilets .. They were **** small and all furniture was full of dust.

When we reached there the manager told me there is no room vacant and talk to owner. Even after informing that I hd booking through MMT he wont respond well. Then after sometime they came to know they I hd booking and they gave me one. The room is okay for the money. The bathrooms all broken. You need to them to start AC from your Mobile. Internal phone not working. Beds and furnitures good. Rooms comfortable. Location good.

Room is good but no response from reception for room service. Location is very good. No hot water is provided in room for taking bath. I have moved to another room for taking bath its not fair. I am very disappointed with hotel staff. But the room location is very good.

About to average but not as good as good expected. There can be much better facilities can be given but not actually given. Blankets were having foul smell as if they were not washed for months. And other basic facilities are also not so good.

This hotel should not be recommended for family. It's good for business hotel. Bathroom are nasty. Bed sheets are poor quality. Room service boys always demand tips for any type service like giving towls and soap they demand tips. For transfer of baggage from upstairs. Family should not stay in that hotel.

It was not a good experience. Cable connection was not there in television. Room service was bad. Location of the hotel was also not good. In my opinion, one should think twice before staying in Hotel Royal Palace.

Lights were not there in the washrooms and washrooms were very dirty. But it is a okay hotel. One can stay there for 1 day but not more than 1 day. Washrooms were very very bad and no lift was there in the hotel. The receptionist doesn't reply nicely.
