Review Of Royal Green Luxury Camps and Resort Rishikesh

I book this hotel 2 days before and everything was confirmed from. Hotel and mm t side. I paid full amount and non refundable. But when i ws just before rishikesh mm t calls me and inform me that property canceled the booking. We was 2 families with 3 kids. Mm t did not help me at that point and ask me to search some hotel. But after checking many hotels in rishikesh we decided to come back to haridwar. And have to book very low average hotel on high rates. They messed up our trip as well we are in the terrified situation because of hotel and mmt. If you are booking this hotel then please make sure it is booked. Else no one help you at that place not even mmt.

As i have booked this property from mm t for one day stay and booking has confirmed. When i asked owner for exact location of property he totally deny to accept our booking. He told me rooms are not available and all rooms has been sold out. He told me "aap mm t se baat krke paise wapis le lo apne. After lots of arguments we got a room. Services : food was not good no taste no proper arrangements. Swimming pool was very dirty multiple time we ask to filer this water but no action. Washroom were not clean.
