Water, Towels, Soap/toiletries were not kept in the room although we arrived 5 hours later than check in time which were indicated at the time of booking. For all above items, we have to go to reception from upper floors and collect.
Wi-Fi was not available in the room. It is only available at the reception location, although it is indicated in the amenities.
There's no person at reception most of the day especially during morning time. No intercom facility. Mobile number of reception is not available in the rooms.
One bedroom's bed is so large that there is no space between bed and Almirah for person to access bed and get out to go to washroom etc.
No night light in the room. The lights in the room was too bright for a hotel setting.
Hot water was not available in one of the room. When asked, we were given an immersion type water heater, but it could not be used as electric sockets available could not receive cable top pins.
Experience was so bad that we booked for 2 days but left after spending 14 hours only (checked in around 1800 hrs on 15 Aug 25 and checked out at 0600 hrs on 16 Aug 25 for other accommodation, although we booked upto 1100 hrs on 17 Aug 25.
