They shifted me to another hotel , Ac not working , and they promise to next room as soon as possible but they didn’t and i paid for breakfast and yet i got nothing they say it’s for discount only. Room are terrible, please don’t don’t go . And they charged me extra 599

The hotel verry to the air port and it took 10 minute reach by taxi the check in was also verry smoothly i was with my family's and believe me this very good hotel for a family as it absolutely safe

First of all I want to start from the beginning, my check-in was around 12 pm so I called the hotel and got no answer i messaged him too but the reply was at 3 pm before that I reached the hotel and at the reception the person seems very unhappy with us he has no smile in his face his words will make u feel that maybe u have stolen his property Secondly when I came to the room at first it looked good but then I saw the untidy towels , bedsheets, room corners , and the behind the curtain there hides rust and many uncomfortable bugs After all of that I found the shower not working properly and the hand shower had no power at all for that I changed my room to room no 101 that was also same facing room lock problem in addition. After all that I extended my stay for 2 more days as I couldn't find any hotel and shifted to room 103 that was the most uncomfortable room I ever had same problems and here I faced the lock issue with the bathroom door the handel just comes out whenever I want to close . I would suggest not to visit this hotel better look for somewhere else as this hotel charges additional city tax which don't make this affordable at all and be careful and read all my writings before booking.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of my room I stayed in for 1 nights.my room was also serviced with all clean linen. Was a great location also staff were absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful at answering all questions and advising of activities to do around Auckland . Will definitely be back for the price it was well worth the stay . Very happy with the overall stay

there was not water in bathroom and everyday ask to him start motor and ridiculous and we ordered food and there was insects in plate. so I don't want refer this hotel anyone and room was good.

"Decent Stay with Friendly Staff" We stayed here for one night before our early morning flight. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was accommodating. The room was neat, and bed sheets were clean. We liked the in-room dining — food was tasty and came quickly. Only downside: the area is noisy outside, but once inside the room, it was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for short stays or airport layovers. Would book again.
