Bad room quality and very poor service

First of all the property person unable to find the booking in his system. No drinking water in the room. Wrong contact number given in MMT voucher. There is no care taker for room service. No food, tea or coffee available. No other restaurants also nearby. It's like a isolated area. Bathroom is not clean with water not draining properly.

AC not working despite multiple calls and escalation AC repaired next day of the stay. Dust all around the room. Rustic taps. Hygiene scoring zero.
