over night and also in morning there is no water for handwash and other necessary work like washroom use etc. after completing the staff not provided support and water supply. very very exhausted experience in soho 62.

In my room wifi connectivity was not good. Food was not worth it according to price. And they are not allowed to meet friends or people in the room. Apart from that, room and the washroom's condition is good.

Every stay is better than this one

The rooms were terrible with no cooling in rooms. The AC stopped working in middle of night and whole day the room was very hot despite the AC being on for the whole day.

Very bad experience.

There were stains all over the bedsheet. they did not change the bedsheet even after asking. sometimes, no water supply in the bathroom. No availablity of food. The staff behaviour was very bad.
