LOCATION is good nearby to mapro garden its walking distance in opposite you have wax mueseum, ,we dint tried property food as we doubted the hygeine hence we ordered from out Facilities: its pathetic when we entered the premium room it felt okay but later on started seeing the effects , rokm had coackroaches , since the time we entered we told him there is no handwash he kept saying we will get it filled but till the day we left there was no handwash got only one towel after mutiple atrempts of saying hot otjer towel on second day we asked for room cleaning again he kept on saying will get it done untill we checked out there was no cleaning done for our room bathroom is just terrible WC seats are used and soo soo dirty you will think before you sit , there are ants in entore wahsroom the flush buttonkeeps coming out. No proper service . We had requested for 2 glasses for water they gave us stewl glasses which were said were washed but had dry milk in it , we ordered food from outside and asked for plates again steel plates were given which were small as of served snacks and was dirty the room kept on smelling It was my husbands birthday i had pre i formed for arranging a cake that was aurprise to my husband to which the cake was arranged on additional charges to which i do not have a issue but the property manager ruined it by telling it loudly at 9pm apke cake agya hai also i had asked to deliver it by 12 in room but they delivered it ar 11.30 well i have no further hopes from this property and would not recoomend to anyone because of the hygenine

The room was not as shown in image, cockroaches all over, no sound proof on gates, very shady place, we were two girls, felt really unsafe and there were no towels or water bottles even when asked, there was no one in reception also. The guy in reception was sleeping in the next room to us. The gates were so light that at night because of air it was continuously banging, and no toiletries or hand wash in washroom. At night a weird light which could be the emergency light but was blinking way too much that made us suspicious and couldn’t sleep out of fear.

The location is good but the property is okayish. They need to work a lot on maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. The location is fantastic. Staff is good. It's recommended that the hotel work on keeping rooms clean. Providing clean quilt with cover.

The property condition is in bad shape. Poor network coverage, wifi not working, ac and tv also not working. Basic facilities and amenities is missing. Housekeeping of the room is also not good. Food facility is also not available. Room service is also not that great.

The location is good, there is parking space and a good hotel nearby for food. I had booked the suite room. The room was big and clean.

Location is like roadside poor lodge. Not a single occupancy. Restaurant is closed. Only one person to clean the floor, check in, no range to even compliment with owner. No one should try this.

Nothing is available in this property as black dusty bedsheet with dirty room and without kitchen they have taken booking with breakfast and they said go to nearby location for food as they don’t have any food. No one is there in the hotel and it smells very bad and looks like viraan place as nothing is there to stay in this property i just checkout the property within 15min after checkin. Please don’t stay in this property stay in your home or stay in your car but don’t plan to stay in this property as u will get disturb after visiting this smelling and dirty place with lab-our type reception staff.

A very bad experience. Flush is not working. In the wash basin tab water flow is very low, rooms are smelling too bad, in a blanket and bed sheet lots of stain. We booked with breakfast but the kitchen is closed and they are having breakfast with some other third party. We tried lots of time to connect with the owner but they never responded.

I recently stayed at red soil hotel, and i am pleased to share my experience. The room was excellent, providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment that ensured a restful stay. During my visit, i encountered an unexpected vehicle breakdown. The hotel staff were exceptionally cooperative and went above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue promptly. Their professionalism and willingness to help were truly commendable. Given the quality of the accommodation and the exemplary service provided, i highly recommend red soil hotel to anyone seeking a reliable and hospitable place to stay.

One of the best properties you could get in the middle of the mahabaleshwar. Huge property, great rooms, excellent ambiance. Their restaurants are also equally good. If you have got budget above 5k it’s the best option you could get.

The entire surrounding is so serene and beautiful. You feel like you're walking in clouds. The location is at the very center of the bustling city of mahabaleshwar yet it offers the perfect peaceful haven for vacationers.

It was really a nice experience staying there with family. Rooms were kept hygiene and cleaning was done everyday. Also service was very good and staff were polite. They make sure that your stay here is comfortable.
