manager behavior a good very polite staff ,cleane room,but parking problam ,ovar all good and camfirt

No improvement in services. Extended stay, posted reviews but still no improvements. Room service was not on time. Can do better.

I planned my stay for 2 days then had to extend it for 5 days more. Hotel Management staff rejected simple requests such as Spoons, cutleries etc. Towels and linens are dirty. No Bathroom kit provided. Hotel reception forced to submit a five star rating even when the stay is under continuation. Overall service experience is bad and terrible.
