I have been to this hotel earlier as well but the quality and service of the hotel has been deteriorated. 1. The AC was leaking in the room, nothing was done even after complaining 2. The bedsheet and pillow had hairs all over seems like it was not cleaned. 3. Amenities like sampoo packet was torn, a used one 4. I stayed for 2 night. Bed is calm and so soft, clean. Washroom is clean and hotel gives you small soap and shampoo. I did t try there food tho they made good cup of tea which refresh me for the day. Its couple friendly too. In my room tv wasn't working. They gave good service to me rest everything is fine

There were insects and cockroches everywhere. I have changed even room and again in next room the same thing. I didnt even ate the breakfast because of the fact that if the room are full of cockroaches then the kitchen would surely will. My advice to ppl, stay away from here.
