Worst manager ever seen in history No manner to treat guest For a day room an early checkin charges are what a great technolgia Even mmt executive have talked to hotel but denied Such hotel booking should be refundable booking so the regular customer for mmt should not suffer Thanks for your concern 😟

I find this property on make my trip. receptionist behaviour is really arrogant and rude I am a regular coustomer unfortunately they behave very bad with my partner

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when we arrived—there were stains on the sheets, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom had a foul odor. Despite informing the front desk, housekeeping did not show up until the next day. The air conditioning was barely working, and the Wi-Fi was so slow it was practically unusable. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving any of the issues. The food served in the restaurant was overpriced and lacked flavor, and the service there was incredibly slow. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until they make serious improvements.

No cleanliness,conjusted rooms,even basic items like bucket and mug,soap were not provided.Tv set top box was not recharged.Horrible experience.

The property is mismanaged, with poor infrastructure and no WiFi as promised. Pkus the free breakfast not there ar kitchen does not open before 8.30-9 am and the food brought from outside for breakfast was pathetic and unhygienic . The guy at Reception promised a bill/invoice, none was received even after 48 hours. Onmy saving grace that the dinner prepare was tasty but delivered without cutlery. No water bottle or glass for drinking water kept in room. Overall not recommended at all

Hotel rooms are very good but the receptionist's behaviour is not good for customers.

Very good in maintaining the room, every thing is right except some foul smell in the room, if they maintain without bad smell then the stay would be the best stay in itarsi, the management is very cooperative and i am happy with that stay

This property was decent for the price point. Ac, restaurant, and 400m walking distance from itarsi junction. The room and washroom was good and clean. Bedsheet and pillow could have been better.
