Cold Reception. No Welcom Drinks nothing. Nobody available for luggage lifting, one person came after some time. Bathroom not properly clean. TV not functioning. Food pathetic. No pick and drop facility available. Overall horrible experience. No hospitality from the staff. No communication for hotel side. Their main business is multiplex cinema and banquet services for marriage and other functions. They don't focus much on Hotel business. I won't recommend this to anyone in future.

Average Stay
My stay at the park was comfortable and fairly aligned with the price paid. The bathrooms and bedsheets were clean, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, there was a power outage around midnight that lasted for about 45 minutes. Upon inquiry, I was informed it was due to a power trip, which was resolved after raising a complaint. The food was above average and reasonably priced. Overall, I would rate my stay as average—had it not been for the power cut, I would have rated it as good

Good Stay

In a not so big town like Itarsi, the presence of a property like 'The Park' really was exceptional. Occupying quite a big premise with ample parking space, a cinema Hall, a Gym and Swimming Pool is to mention about. Food was delicious but to remind that they serve purely veg cuisines. Few things that they must look into are the basic in-room maintenance which can be annoying to guests who won't compromise even slightly.

This is a marriage resort, The location is out of the city, and rooms were booked for the marriage function I got rooms in a new building where the WiFi facility was not available, also room services are not prompt, rest rooms are excellent, hygienic and food quality is good.

“I used this hotel as a place to stay for a weekend hike. The staff are full of lots of little suggestions to help make your stay better. For example, they arranged to store a plate of food for me when I phoned them at 8pm, as I was still on my hike. Had a sumptuous fish platter washed down with local beers that they have in their bar. The breakfast menu is extensive, and includes full Welsh breakfast, and options for more fussy eaters, but also wonderful traditional options such as haddock poached in milk. They have fresh croissants that they get from a local baker and serve hot from the oven. It's a really nice place to stay.”
