Good property at a peaceful location. The staff was very cooperative and efficient. All other amenities were good .

Resort is too good, staff and service are the best in class. Only one recommendation - Plz do something for. Monkeys, keep roaming in resort Second some more option like Library, kids play area.

It's a great property with spacious new rooms, good food and hospitality. Support staff are awesome

The worst part of the property was the service. We reached the property at 12:30 am and had to basically self check-in. We opened the gate, found ourselves a spot to park amid-st an overflowing parking. Then we found no one at the reception and were moving around the entire property searching for the staff. Finally 30-40 mins later we found someone to give us the keys. To ensure further inconvenience, we were given rooms close to the inverter rooms which was making heavy industrial noises the entire night. Also: first time felt betrayed by mm t as well, the room was supposed to be valley view and turned out to be building view. Not sure what to trust and what not to any more.

While the approach road to the property is little tricky but it offers a resort like comfort in hills. The rooms are comfortable and the property offers play area for kids and it has a swimming pool as well. The staff is very helpful and quality of food is also good. Furthermore, the property also offered point for ev charging, which very property offers. Overall a good experience, except for the tricky approach road.

Road condition are very poor and roads are very narrow for reaching hotel. Property and service is very good. Staff is good and support. In house food is very costly and also taste average. No surroundings or no special around the hotel. Buffet brefast has good options but half of them taste very average. Morning tea coffee in buffet breakfast is pathetic. Overall i have book another vacation in bhimtal, i would prefer some other property.

Location was a bit difficult as narrow road lead to the hotel on which only one vehicle could pass at a time. Food quality was very good, staff was polite, sufficient amenities were there, services were also good

Going up the hill on narrow lanes of the rocky mountain. We felt life if we were lost. When we arrive there it's a little wonderland- with lots of fun activities for kids to enjoy.

Service and food was not upto mark ans not worth the price if have paid.

Rooms were good and spacious and very clean. The entire hotel was clean. Staff is very good, polite and supportive. Overall good and relaxing stay

I recently stayed at Baagh Bheemtal Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, navigating to the property was a nightmare as it's off the road and poorly illuminated, making it particularly daunting to find, especially at night. Upon arriving, I noticed that although they boasted about their new TVs, they were rendered useless due to the lack of internet connection and dish recharge. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the staff insisted the TVs were fine, blatantly ignoring the connectivity issues. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for the wifi details, they were withheld, hinting that the wifi might not even be functional. For a supposedly new property, the amenities were severely lacking, leaving guests with limited options and a feeling of dissatisfaction. To top it off, the light outside my room was also dysfunctional, further adding to the overall disappointment. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, their promises to address them went unfulfilled, leaving me utterly disillusioned with the resort's level of service and maintenance. In addition to the numerous operational shortcomings, I must express my dismay regarding the security measures—or lack thereof— at Baagh Bheemtal Resort. To my astonishment, upon checking in, I discovered that the locks on the doors were malfunctioning. The latch was non-functional, and even the manual lock from inside failed to provide any sense of security. This level of negligence in maintaining basic safety standards is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the property's purported five-star rating. It's deeply disappointing to find such blatant disregard for guest safety and comfort in what was meant to be a luxurious resort experience.
