Review Of Resort Mello Rosa

There was no safety practice has been followed. It was a early check-in to this hotel hence they give me a room was not clean enough. The bathroom was super dirty. And when i went for breakfast. It was two puri and aalu sabzi served and as i requested for more they said not available and this happened during my stay.

The room was not upto the standard. Complete with fungus and lizards and spiders on the room.

The pictures shown here are clicked at the beginning of the Resort. It doesn't seems same. Rooms are not clean and healthy. Expect mosquitoes at the pool and restaurant. They don't provide room service, it's chargeable. Towels are smelly and rotten.

Very poor a place.

Staffs behavior were great.

The place is described as a resort but misses the services required to stamp it as one. If only the rooms could be maintained, including staff engagement and a menu variety, it could attract better reviews. Thanks to the staff that co-operated despite the odds.

Very bad room-service, staff response. Resort place is not well maintained. Everything was not up to mark. What ever we see in Resort Mello Roda photos on MakeMyTrip, all were wrong. In short, from my perspective, they are not able to satisfy the customers.

Swimming pool was nice. Room was precious.

This was the worst experience in a Resort i've ever had. The bed was to dirty and was uncomfortable too

Even if you are going with a gang of boys it's a terrible place to stay, rooms were stinky, had stains, dirty bed and disgusting rooms.

The hotel is not the same as shown in the picture it's not good what they have shown is not the same. No hot water. Washroom are dirty.

Hotel was centre off North Goa and good food near by.

Nice place and affordable value for money

No room service at all. Staffs were so ill mannered, no cleanliness at all. Rooms were third graded for non AC.

Poor customer service, not adequate water in the washroom, ac was not working had to shift again, overall not good.

It's a horrible experience. In the toilets they won't even provide water. It's first time I Am getting such bad experience

It was awesome feeling to stay at Resort. It was really a great Resort.

For the first 3 days of our 7 days there was acute shortage of the water. I could not take bath. Maintenance standard has gone down. I have earlier stayed in this resort since then things have gone down and steps are required to improve the management.

Poor service facility. No good washrooms and bathrooms.
