According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Pay at Checkout

Pay at Checkout policy is valid for hotels in India only.

After booking a hotel online on Makemytrip, the hotel may ask the guest to make partial prepayment a few days before the checkin to guarantee the booking, per hotel's T&C.

The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or dysfunctional.

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

    Hotel is worse. Rooms are big but toilet is not clean. Small size tv which is not working only for showing purpose. No room service. No one attained call on reception. Whole day we went to reception for more than 7 times and told about tv since from our check-in to checkout time but no one checked all the time receptionist said we will see. Pool is there but without swimming cloths we cannot go inside. Worst, pathetic breakfast. Only maida paratha and subJi. Not recommended. No value for money. Worse

    When we asked extra quilt for the baby, they said they don't have any extra as all the quilt were sent for laundry. Not at all hygienic, no hot water, swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was terrible, poor service. No response from any staff. No phone to call room service or reception. Door locks not working.

    Very bad experience with Mello rosa resort. I will suggest to all tourists, never book this resort if you want to go healthy back to your town. Un hygienic area, bed bugs, no cleanliness etc. Everyday I fight with reception staff for this issue. I changed 5 rooms in same resort, but rooms are so worst in condition.

    No hygiene, no proper washroom, no hot water, swimming pool not working. Breakfast was terrible, poor service. No response from any staff. No phone to call room service or reception. Very bad room. Change room twice at 11PM night due to all problems. Door locks not working.
