Review Of Regal Mansion B and B

We were denied check-in at the doorstep of this home-stay even though we had paid the entire amount via make my trip. The couple owning the home-stay were extremely rude and made us wait for more than hour denying us our check-in without even offering us a glass of water. Please do not go for this home-stay. MakeMytrip booked us in a different hotel which is at a walking distance from Regal Trium Resorts and we had the most amazing experience there. Thank you MakeMytrip for helping us out.

It's a home converted into hotel. Only room and that also simple home room no hotel look. No other services available. No hotel environment and look. No services. It's just creating fools of visitors . Advi

Great location at the centre of Allepey and very nice room, outstanding interiors and painting

I will give 5 star for this stay. Just felt like staying in our own house. I stayed with my 10 months old baby. They was very caring. I will suggest this place for stay in Alleppey.

Room photo is same by website. Lawn very nice. Guest valued main. Good behavior with all child. Madam tea amazing. Room decorate amazing. Too. Home is very use full stay for family. Roof facilitate aiso avialble

Regal mansion is a home stay. Owner is living with family in first floor and remaining rooms are for rental. There is no continuous supply of hot water but rooms are clean. Room cost is high. There are many better hotels for this rate. I paid for beakfast in advance but for breakfast they offered idly and Vada only but it is very close to lake where we can get house boats and Shikara boats. Parking place is available but few cars can be parked.

No facility for kid's. Very bad condition's of room and bed. Bathroom was dirty. I didn't sleep due to mosquitoes. Location is not good in the front of Naali

It was a v good experience staying at regel mention ... People there took care a lot .. We felt like at home .. Home cooked food was v delicious .. My kids who are very fussy eaters ate a lot there. Will definitely recommend to other known visitors also ... Also if visited Kerala again booking from our side is confirmed at regel mention.

Location is bad, you would have to walk to get in main Street. We couldn't find transport to bus station in time. There is fish tank which is attached to room, family became allergic to it. AC was kept on & off, the TV don't have most of the channels.

The stay experience at Regal mansion was amazing. It is 5-10 minutes walking from the backwaters and houseboats. Food was homely cooked. The ambience was good for a mansion homestay. Value for money in Alleppey. Must recommended for families and couples

Worth the money! Great hospitality by owners. Break fast and tea was really good and the provided hot milk to kids when we asked. They surely know what they are doing. Thanks for making our stay worth while.

This place is not a Hotel. Absolutely zero service. It's a house and the owner resides in first floor and the ground floor rooms are given for rent. No proper staff available. No food available. We have to goto nearest restaurant for food. They provide only breakfast but very limited option. Room is OK.

Amazing Location at throwaway rates. The service has outclassed many five star hotels. You will feel like you home and not in a hotel since the owners are so amicable and flexible. The location is very close to finishing point for houseboats. In addition, The owner helped us with a taxi to Munnar at a very decent rate. If you visiting this property take the same taxi guy to Munnar as he is very honest and professional and will give you the best rates for local sightseeing in Munnar. The breakfast served is just like we eat at homes and is super delicious. If you landed here while browsing MMT, Just STOP and BOOK it before its too late. I bet you won't regret.

Location of the property was well located near finishing point. Rooms were decent and good to stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Response from the property is quick. But they have only limited rooms. On the whole fun to stay.

The place is easily traceable in google maps ... Rooms were very well furnished and maintained ... Hot water facility available ... Walkable distance from Alleppey Boathouse, I. E ., finishing point with all facilities transportation, food, accessories, market place available in adjacent vicinity ... Overall value for money ... Highly adorable services ...

Room was neat and clean. The owners were very helpful and courteous. It's a nice and awesome homestay close to finishing point. They provided delicious breakfast and tea. Very good hospitality.. I would suggest others to stay here.

Good place in prime location if you are having house boat trip plan, The rooms are descent size & clean. They only provide breakfast. You have to go near by restaurants for dinner else home delivery system is available they will serve you in the room itself. The only suggestion there should be a dustbin in bathroom which they didn't provide.

It is one of the best stay in the given price. We reached late at 11:40 pm. The room was ready and it took only one minute to check-in. Raji and Santosh guided us well, they also arranged Shikara for us. The breakfast served was hygienic and very tasty. It was in Kerala style and we enjoyed a lot. We checked out late in afternoon around 1:40 pm but they didn't charge anything extra. Overall our stay was excellent it was value for money.

Managed by Mr. Santosh & a lady with an efficient & effective service. Our baggage was lost by Air India & we had reached the place at 11. 30pm but check in was done in 2 mins & room was ready. Breakfast was limited with Appam & Sambar but was very tasty & my kid enjoyed it much Overall a nice & homely experience
