MMT customer complaint resolution system is so bad. Once they booked property than there is delay in response. I booked this property as shown in MMT at  Rishikesh. This property is 20 KMS away from Rishikesh. It costs us 2000 Rs from Tapovan to reach the property. I contacted MMT for their location mistake before 3 hours reaching the property. They lodged my complaint & said we have contacted hotel and mail for cancellation had been done. When contacted property manager, they said no mail had been received from MMT. Ultimately we managed to reach property from Tapovan. MMT should change location of this property from Rishikesh to Neelkanth Mahadev. 
Disappointed experience from MMT, ruined my whole trip.
