There is no room service. No food not even hot water is provided in room. For each and every thing you have to go to the restaurant. Very unhygienic. Flies all over the restaurant. No phone in rooms so that you cannot call them for anything or any help.

Dear Pradeep. We have mentioned in the description while booking, at the reception and in the rooms that Room Service of any kind is unavailable in the room as the basis that Lifespace is built on is active living, we design our spaces such that guests get opportunities to interact among themselves instead of spending time inside rooms. As far as we remember and according to our roaster, you never asked for hot water. The room has a big placard which says "Electric Kettle available on request at no charge" Hot water is also available in dispensers on the fourth floor and on the ground floor as well as in the kitchen. Our earlier reviews are testimony of the cleanliness we maintain, but if you did find flies we shall surely look into it. As for communication, we have mentioned our direct numbers to the manager at the reception in all rooms and I remember you calling us on that number several times. I wonder why you still mention that you couldnt call us for any help.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. I will visit again. Great property located at a fantastic location with awesome views by nature and tall mountains. Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Right from the check in time everything was exceptional. The staff is immensely courteous and very helpful. Great food, latitude serves with hygiene restaurant of the property (both indoor and outdoor seating, just what you need) has great and awesome collection of yummillicious dishes and local cuisines of india.

The location of the hotel is not good. The geyser did not work properly and we had to take a bath in almost cold water. There was no hot ac. The options for breakfast are very ordinary. No provision for fruits and milk, essentials of a good breakfast. In short, this hotel is not value for money.

This property at this price was damm terrible, no cab from hotel, only 1 towel served, in winters I asked for a warmer they charged extra 300₹ for a room blower, breakfast nothing available except paratha when asked for complimentary they said we have only paratha in a complimentary meal in breakfast, no juice served, no staff at night in the reception, complete wastage of money, damm horrible experience ever in my life.

It was a great stay at shantivan inn away from the hustle and bustle of city in a very peaceful environment surrounded by lush gree field. Room and wash room. Was big neat, clean and tidy. Food was just awesome. Mr prakash was very polite and well mannered person who served us very well.
