Good stay but needs some improvements
The property was good but the room was not airy with no open view or window. The food was good but many of food options mentioned in menu card were not available.

Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) We stayed at Raya Resort, Goa from 24th to 26th October with our family. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had clean washrooms, which made our stay comfortable. The swimming pool area was quite large, though the rain during our stay limited our use of it. However, the food quality was below average, and the service requires significant improvement. The breakfast options were very limited, and the management seemed unprepared to handle the weekend crowd, which affected the overall experience. In summary, while the property offers good rooms, the food and service standards need better attention to make the stay truly enjoyable.

Wonderful stay ,green lush surroundings near to all famous sundown seating restaurant and night club,,staffs are well trained and so much responsible,humble ,special thanks to mannagmet who surprise us with wonderful room decoration,and not charged single penny,thanks to reception staff Anamika and Christine,and resturant staff Salman,who survived every morning breakfast with pleasent smile .Thanku so much Raya resort and all supportive team.

Average Stay
The property location, food, and amenities were good. However, the service needs a lot of improvement, especially when it comes to treating all guests equally. During breakfast, I noticed that the staff were very attentive to large families, serving them promptly and politely. But for couples like ours, the service was disappointing. I ordered an omelette and waited for over 10 minutes without receiving it. When I reminded the staff, they said it would be ready in 5 minutes — but even after 20 minutes, nothing arrived. Meanwhile, I saw bigger families around me getting served without delay. After waiting almost 30 minutes in total, and reminding them multiple times at the counter, I finally received my omelette. The delay was unnecessary and frustrating. The hotel really needs to improve its service consistency and ensure that all guests are treated equally, regardless of group size.

Raya resort is an average stay, rooms are ok, it's a steel structure, tiles shakes when you walk, toilet fixtures also not upto the mark.

Excellent Stay
The whole experience was good from starting. Beautiful resort. Good vides. Spa is also available with prier bookings. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had bathtub too with bathing liquid.

Excellent Stay
The resort was amazing and especially the room. The location was convienient and near to Anjuna and Vagator beach if you have a bike or car and the food was amazing. Staff was supportive and helpful. After a long time stayed in such an amazing resort. Definitely would recommend for a family trip.

Had to talk to them to sort out stuff even after clear booking.
I booked executive room with pool view, it was clearly mentioned in the booking still they gave us the room in the corner (Not executive) and was smelling bad (like it hadn’t been open from long). Had to talk to them for a while to sort out the room. However all of this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
