The whole experience was good from starting. Beautiful resort. Good vides. Spa is also available with prier bookings. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had bathtub too with bathing liquid.

Excellent Stay

The resort was amazing and especially the room. The location was convienient and near to Anjuna and Vagator beach if you have a bike or car and the food was amazing. Staff was supportive and helpful. After a long time stayed in such an amazing resort. Definitely would recommend for a family trip.

Had to talk to them to sort out stuff even after clear booking.

I booked executive room with pool view, it was clearly mentioned in the booking still they gave us the room in the corner (Not executive) and was smelling bad (like it hadn’t been open from long). Had to talk to them for a while to sort out the room. However all of this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match my expectations. The room lacked freshness and didn’t feel as welcoming as I’d hoped. The overall upkeep seemed to be missing that extra attention to detail that makes a stay comfortable. Interactions with the team at the front desk were a bit underwhelming. I felt like guest experience wasn’t really a priority. There were also delays in response when I reached out for basic requests, which made the stay less convenient than it should have been.

hello mam, room booked by you was deluxe, u had some issues which were not issues as per us, but still we upgraded you to executive room pool facing, as you were looking for free upgrade... next u wanted to get some medicine then our staff provided you his personal bike which is strictly not allowed , but still on personal good behavior basis he gave you the same. next you wanted to go some where which you enquired and we enquired with the taxi union in goa and gave you the fare you felt it was very high. we are not providing taxi services from our side, its out sourced, nor do we charge any commission. still if we have missed out on something, please let us know and we shall happily compensate for the same in the nearest future. we are always there for the better services to be provided to guests..

Not Worth

Property is good (specifically the massive swimming pool). However, there are many areas where property does not belong to be called as 4 star property. The resort was inaugurated in Dec’24 in hurry and the painting in the rooms / bathroom wall will look messy. The Jacuzi was broken in our room. Food plays an important role for anyone in any stay, but the food is pathetic. The tea / coffee is something you can’t even think of how bad it was. The staffs are very cunning. They will take your signature on your food bill and later they will come back and say that they lost the bill and we have generated a new bill for you to sign and when you go for a checkout, you will realise you are paying twice the money for one item. Big time cheaters. I don’t think the resort will survive for long. There is no fridge in the room which is basic thing in Goa. The beers they charge is 3 times more than the market price. Not worth in one word.

Lovely place and amazing people

The stay was very fantastic. The room was very neat and clean, and was having an fantastic view. The staffs had been very cooperative and generous all during our stay at raya. Special mention to nave-ed and roshni and shiva for their friendly hospitality. The pool and amenities is cherry on top for resort. Definitely going to recommend this place for a nice and cozy stay.
