Review Of Ramdiri Residency

I booked the hotel for the only reason that its close to my office and due to Corona awareness, never wanted to be away from my office so I booked it and I got to know that no internet is working. No Geyser working. No TV. Nothing even the phone is not working and every time I had to call the receptionist mobile number and the linen were not cleaned for ages smelly and stinky pillows, blankets were very dirty, mosquitoes were my best friend who accompanied me there and they had no such solution for that. Good part is the staff, it was completely supportive. Bad part is, they give only lifebuoy soap nothing else they have bad and dirty towel.

We booked this hotel only for its location as we were supposed to attend a wedding in the neighborhood. The hotel staff are sweet and well-behaved but sadly that's the only good point about the hotel. Here are my observations: (1)Electric plug points not working. (2)Washroom dirty and not well maintained. (3)Window sliding doors do not close completely. (4)Cheap quality bed. (5)They only provided a lifebuoy soap, no shampoo, no toothpaste, nothing. One would expect better service at this price. (6)Cheap quality linens and smelly comforter.

Apart from location everything else is a waste. Fully dirty, no amenities, TV doesn't work, geyser doesn't work, bad room service. Yes the intercom doesn't work, bad check in experience.

Rude behavior of the hotel staff

Waiters are horrible they put eyes in your eyes if you ask for any service. They put torn jug for bathing. If you want your morning tea, you need to wait for 1 hour at least means your morning is disturbed by them.
