Good Stay
stayed in premium room with balcony and breakfast was included in the booking. I rate as per below: a. cleanness: very good. as and when asked, they immediately response. b. behaviour: all the staffs including staffs sitting in reception were very good , coperative, responsible and helpful. c. breakfast: needs improvement d. tariff: a bit high when compared with similar property in the same area. e. location: okay and from balcony, roadside view from my room

TOO LONG DISTANCE FROM RNC STATION
Too long distance from Ranchi Station to Hotel , Hotel Front position very bad not clean properly, Complimentary breakfast provide but only minimum option available. But yes room service all staff very nice and cooperative.

Poor Stay
Staff behavior was good but room was not upto the price. The bathroom had large amount of little insects also the power was continously going off. The food was overpriced too

The property location is good, for amenities I will say TV didn't work well due to frequent Wifi disconnect. overall the stay was pleasant

Excellent Stay
Well located, close to NH 20, right on main road. It has open parking facility with a security guard for those travelling in their own car. Clean bathroom with all amenities. Well behaved and very cooperative staff. On our 1st night we found we had ordered more food than we could consume. Instead of letting it go wasted, they offered to keep it in their fridge and reheated it the next day at dinner time. We were honestly touched by this gesture! Also, we had left behind a personal luggage during checkout. When we discovered what happened and contacted the reception, they guided us to retrieve it through a courier service App. The only thing they can improve is a firmer mattress on their bed especially in the 6th floor rooms.

Location and facilities are nice , but in breakfast they only served aloo parathas , I think there should be some more healthy options , like bread , egg , poha extra

Poor Stay
Very poorly maintained rooms. Very small rooms, foul smell, insects/coaches, broken walls, hair strands on floors, stained towels, inadequate toiletries. Had to pay an upgrade to a slightly bigger room but the above problems remained.
