Room Furniture not Good. The bed mattress is not good. 2 No Single Bed provided by property owner just like the Bachelor Dormitory. Total Ruined of Money .

old floor room with damp ceiling...hot and cold water tap not working properly. there good room service but tv connections not working. bed is rough 'not comfortable. extra bed taken for 2plus 1 children. overall not ok. not good room

Spacious and quite room
The room was very spacious for 2 guest with all furniture and facilities available. It is located in well connected area where one can enjoy the shopping experience.

Average Stay
The rooms in the hotel were good. But the service was not upto the mark. The service did not compliment the good rooms it had. The front desk receptionist was not prepared for our arrival, he was taken aback when we arrived and we showed our booking confirmation voucher. We had booked two rooms which was also mentioned in the booking voucher and initially we were given one room for four people, on further insistence we were given the two rooms. Further, the hotel staff took about one hour or so to prepare our breakfast and the front desk receptionist took no step what so ever to expedite my order even when i expressed my concern about us being late and the breakfast taking a long time to reach.

Lacks cleanliness

Good location and hygiene
This hotel is on the main road near ikra masjid. All kind of transport available. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Rooms are spacious and food quality is good.

Multiple unknown number followups spamming etc from hotel sartaj to take more money even after successful checkouts and clearing all dues from hotel

We provide receipts for all payments by our customers. Which i m sure you don't have. Avoiding speaking over the calls is your dignity. You don't want to pay, fine, but do not repeat this with any other hotelier.
Good to stay
The location of the hotel is well suited for business class and office going. Once talk about food i must add you will be mesmerized by such a delicious food with ample amount of food and also the quality is at par. Hygiene and safety is also up to the mark.

Better than lodge
You get good food inside the hotel. Hotel staff is humble and listen to your issue. Breakfast is value for money. Hotel should pay attention on cleaning. There were cockroaches in the room. Bathroom is cleaned daily but still it remains dirty. I guess cleaning staffs aren't working properly. Drinking water isn't of r. O. It taste like direct supply water.
