The rooms in the hotel were good. But the service was not upto the mark. The service did not compliment the good rooms it had. The front desk receptionist was not prepared for our arrival, he was taken aback when we arrived and we showed our booking confirmation voucher. We had booked two rooms which was also mentioned in the booking voucher and initially we were given one room for four people, on further insistence we were given the two rooms. Further, the hotel staff took about one hour or so to prepare our breakfast and the front desk receptionist took no step what so ever to expedite my order even when i expressed my concern about us being late and the breakfast taking a long time to reach.
