Staff behavior was good but room was not upto the price. The bathroom had large amount of little insects also the power was continously going off. The food was overpriced too

Well located, close to NH 20, right on main road. It has open parking facility with a security guard for those travelling in their own car. Clean bathroom with all amenities. Well behaved and very cooperative staff. On our 1st night we found we had ordered more food than we could consume. Instead of letting it go wasted, they offered to keep it in their fridge and reheated it the next day at dinner time. We were honestly touched by this gesture! Also, we had left behind a personal luggage during checkout. When we discovered what happened and contacted the reception, they guided us to retrieve it through a courier service App. The only thing they can improve is a firmer mattress on their bed especially in the 6th floor rooms.

Very poorly maintained rooms. Very small rooms, foul smell, insects/coaches, broken walls, hair strands on floors, stained towels, inadequate toiletries. Had to pay an upgrade to a slightly bigger room but the above problems remained.

We booked 2 premium rooms with balcony for our stay and were provided room nos. 705 & 706. The rooms were of relatively inferior quality as compared to other rooms of the same category. It was imperative that the hotel management deliberately keep better rooms for their direct customers, while providing inferior rooms to the customers having pre-paid booking through. This is a now a common practice for most hoteliers and anyone booking like us should be aware of it. The second major issue was the unavailability of any dining hall in the hotel!!!! They only takes orders for food, get it prepared by a restaurant located in the same complex and deliver the food to hotel room at higher thar restaurant price. We visited the restaurant where from they deliver the orders and found that restaurant prices are lower as compared to the menu price chart provided by the hotel. Worst is, they didn't even provide a table for in-room dining. On request they provided a small tea table in one of the two rooms. This is unthinkable and absolutely unacceptable for a premium (highest category) room of a so-called 2-star hotel. I don't feel like recommending this hotel to anyone It's just a budget hotel which lacs even basic facility like a dining hall.
