Hotel was in flat. Its a flat actually not hotel reception and rooms in different floor

The cleanliness of the hotel was good, the service staff were seen on the beach to relax and their food was also good.

Not worth. Room completely opposite of as shown. Kettle kept in the room but no tea pouches. Too small washbasin and EWC. Water leakage in wash basin tap, but repaired even after complaint. The wash basin tap is so small that it is difficult to use it. No hot water connection in the wash basin. Not replacing toiletries on a daily basis, used soap. Everyday water has to be asked. No cups kept in the room. Room rent includes breakfast and the same is served in room, that too cold and tasteless. Menu card of restaurant kept in room is 900 mtr away from hotel. Entrance of the hotel is from the back, difficult to find if reached in odd hours. Approach is not comfortable. Overall not satisfactory experience

Room not as shown while booking, Kettle kept in room but no tea pouches, wash basin and EWC too small in size, Water is leaking in washbasin and was not rectified even after informing. Water not kept on its own has to be reminded. Toiletries are not provided fully. Used soap not replaced in three days. No moisturizer provided. The entry of the hotel is from the back side and at odd hours it is difficult to find a way to entry. Breakfast was included in room rent but all the days were served cold and was not at all tasty. Though Menu of the restaurant was kept in the room but the restaurant is 900 meters from the hotel. Overall a disappointing experience. Make my trip should take note of such cases

I found the property's location from mmt app.It was a comfortable stay there with good location & view.I booked for two deluxe room bt came to know after reaching that one was deluxe& another was semi deluxe!

The room was pretty clean. Very courteous staff. Their team dealt with a mishap very professionally. Would highly recommend it.

stayed in premium room with balcony and breakfast was included in the booking. I rate as per below: a. cleanness: very good. as and when asked, they immediately response. b. behaviour: all the staffs including staffs sitting in reception were very good , coperative, responsible and helpful. c. breakfast: needs improvement d. tariff: a bit high when compared with similar property in the same area. e. location: okay and from balcony, roadside view from my room

Too long distance from Ranchi Station to Hotel , Hotel Front position very bad not clean properly, Complimentary breakfast provide but only minimum option available. But yes room service all staff very nice and cooperative.

Staff behavior was good but room was not upto the price. The bathroom had large amount of little insects also the power was continously going off. The food was overpriced too
