5. Hygiene and clean hotel

No room service, very unpleasant and dirty atmosphere of the room location is good but hotel is not good

The property did not give room as per promise. Room was full of mosquitoes, no food was available even they did not serve morning tea on payment as well. The bed sheets were dirty & torned. Reception person indirectly asked for extra money. Will never recommend it to any one

Dear team not good food and room i not stay this hotal

1) if customers book this hotel from mmt, then customers suffer too much problem like not get good room, tv issue, geyser, won't get room key. This hotel is fully unsafe. I suffer very much problem. Thanks to mm t for providing this cheap hotel. All staff of this hotel behaviour are worst. Room, behaviour, room safety

Location at market place with all basic amenities at elbow distance. Staffs are caring & well behavior

The staffs were arrogant. They kept on asking the detail and the guest had shown it multiple times and then they keep on asking the payment details. The hotel management was horrible. They disturbed it even at midnight asking for payment details. After i have called the make my trip customer then only they got normal and they constantly telling lie to the make my trip customer care executive that they have not asked for any details.

Terrible experience, can you imagine in complimentary we get tawa roti and watery allo bhazi for my 11yrs kids nothing there is any option, finally i have mo word describe terrible

It is at ranchi main road opposite big bazar. Near to the rely station and bus stand. But away from the crowd and noise. The rooms are spacious with all furniture. It is clean and hygienic. The manager and staff are very good and helpful. Security guard is also there. Your vrhicle will be safe.

They also want to swindle, The room was not as described, not clean and neither was the bathroom. The amenity booked along with the room which was free breakfast was not given. They changed the price from the amount which was agreed. On top of it they wanted payment right at check in and wouldn’t let me leave until i had paid. Rude staff, no accommodation. Stay away from this place.

Breakfast was given forcefully with his choice, room was dirty and water was not available in any tape in washroom, light was not available in room and some one was crying for open to door

No water, no food, no tv, no soap even to wash your hand forget about the bath,

I do not know if i will get my complementary breakfast as the staffs themself are confused that they provide it.

No hygiene, maintenance poor, no toiletries given, service is poor. The no telephone to call at the reception

Service is very bad. They don't have kitchen but express that they have big kitchen.
