It is situated in the heart of the city. Foods were good and delicious. All necessary Amenities were available in the room. Service is also good.

Rooms are smelling very bad, Washroom are damaged. Staff are good. Food are on average marking. Location is perfect.

Worst experience.. I chose your hotel with the expectation of a comfortable, professional, and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was entirely the opposite—marked by significant inconvenience, discomfort, and a clear lack of basic service standards. This experience not only disrupted my plans but also reflected poorly on the level of hospitality your establishment claims to offer. Given the severity of these issues, I expect a prompt explanation for these lapses, along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter through public review forums, consumer grievance platforms, and relevant hospitality regulatory bodies.

It was a very good experience

attitude of receptionist was very rude and the room service was poor phone was not working breakfast was not properly cooked full of mosquitoes in room

Very not clean bed sheet are not clean apart from that in bathroom was electric died I get shock very dangerous

Hotel location is good, transport easily accessible. Indore restaurant facility and food is better than the local restaurant. Bigger room with all necessary items.

Breakfast was not fresh I went illness and food poison .In room cockrocach and insect moving .it was unhygienic

Staffs were there good like Asif and Bell boy I don’t know his name But the property require maintenance. Smelling like anything yakkkkk.

Whenever i have to book a hotel in ranchi i always prefer hotel pearls regency because the privacy and security of the hotel are on the top notch. Also the staffs are very well mannered and polite, rooms are hygienic.

The linen and towels in the rooms are dirty, the food served for breakfast is less than average and the overall maintenance of the property is not up to the mark. Not a place to stay for a business traveller or someone travel-ling with family.

Overall it was good but not as per price. Staff/receptionist was cooperative.

Very unclean, unfit for stay, torn bed spreads, bedbugs, cockroaches, full of dust, totally disappointed stay.
