It’s walkable from Ranchi Station, the stay is very nice with wide window & big washroom. In-house food is very good, staffs are humble, rooms are clean, bottled water on arrival, extra bed on pillow on demand. There’s ample food option if you want to skip hotel food. There’s no lift, so elderly please don’t opt. But given the price, it’s best one.

"i was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not up to the mark, considering the price i paid. The washroom had a water leakage issue, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no kettle to boil water. The overall experience was sub-par and i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness and amenities"

familyIf you're considering staying at this hotel, think again! My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s what I encountered: Broken bed - Uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. No water - Basic necessity not available. Broken toilet seat - Completely unusable. No toiletries - Not even the basics provided. Broken door - Security and privacy compromised. To make things worse, when I requested a room change, they flat-out refused! The management and staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I can’t believe this hotel is listed on MakeMyTrip. Never staying here again!
