Cold water bottle not provided after intervened MMT then provide & services was very poor, was polite but not provided all complimentary items.

Rooms were not same as showed in the pictures. Staff was good but rooms were old style. Below average i would say

Everything from room, food, service and breakfast was subpar and below expectation. The room had no window, the breakfast spread was very weak and not very good and the service was something not to brag about. All this considering a 2.7-2.8k price point. Not a place i would recommend.

Food good but buffet options are very limited. Location walking distance from Ranchi Railway Station. Overall satisfied

Due to political rally, all roads to howrah was closed. I could not reach to station to catch the train. Mmt and hotel both denied any refund.

It was a nice experience there as well as the room was so clean and comfortable also staying there was a nice choice of mine.

There is only issue that management of hotel told me that if book hotel on line through make my-trip then your check out time will be 12 pm and if you book the directaly from hotel counter then check out time w ii be 24 hour.
