worst hotel to stay and have any type of food. we Thought to change the hotel even in the mid night. no hygiene, toilet is like public toilet with full of foul smell. blanket was also very dirty with foul smell. room is of third grade. behaviour of the person at counter was terrible. very bad experience. please do not offer any one this hotel. Photo I have not taken since I cannot take that dirty place photo in my mobile.

Worst room bath room bed as well as blanket. Totally un hygiene. Worst experience in this hotel. Kindly do not offer this hotel to anyone. It will hamper makemytrip status.

The stay in Guru hotel quite a good experience as they don't disturb & help according to the need. It's good for me as I came for work purpose will visit again.

hotel look is very beautiful. but hotel bathroom was not clean water jam in toilet. Bedbugs in bed and almirah.

rooms are not as per standard. not properly clean, bedsheets are yellowish & torn from many places, no drinking water, electric kettle is there but no tea / coffee / milk. except for one soap and no other stationary in the washroom, the washbasin & commot are not properly clean, the gager is not functioning, 24 hrs water drop-in from the shower. food quality is below average. over all it's a bad experience staying @ hotel guru..

They looted us. Booked the room for 3 people and got a room for 3. The owner was asking for extra money for a mattress. The complimentary breakfast got 2 people loose motions. Want refund

The place amazing in quite area, with their stuff always ready to help when their clients needed them, they act promptly and make sure you're comfortable during the stays at their place

A/c was not working no hot water cleaning not ok booking details they don't have service is poor staff says they are helpless. 3 d i got booking there i want a change of hotel. If any extra i will pay. They allotted a room first when i opened, i saw used, clothes, underwares, chappels etc

Flush and cable not working for some time. Had to send several reminders food average, too much salt, coffee not up to mark, room of average size, linen not very clean, room not cleaned in morning, location not good, approach road not in very condition window in such a position that not able to open it. Therefore room felt stuffy and uncomfortable only one small soap not separate for bath and toilet unnecessary blankets given in summer in non ac room staff behaviour good and courteous

I do not have a good experience here. 1. The lane to the hotel is very dirty, smelly. 2. Rooms are ok but need some cleaning job. 3. Staffs are good. 4. Mosquitoes are a big problem. What more is that, despite of several request we did not get a good night or coil in the night. So, suffered a lot. 5. Food i'd also not encouraging.

Electricity gets shut oftenly and the toilet is not well maintained. The toilet seat is broken. My overall experience was not that good

Good and well maintained, cleaning the room good, room service and other service is good.

Rooms were dark, no window as such bed sheets seemed old unwashed food below average

Property inside no prime location, everything is good
