very bad rooms with smelly and mosquitoes

Room Service is Too Much Slow , they taken extra charge for mattress, but mattress not available at joyel

Bed size small, not comfortable, no hot water in wash during hrs. And dirty wash room, tv was not working. As per terr-if bad facility.

1. They have not provided water. 2. The room was not cleaned properly. 3. The bedsheet was used and there were hairs here and there on it. 4. The quality of the breakfast was very poor

Room was ok,bathroom sink tap was not working properly,water closet jet spray was broken we have no option left just it is compulsion to stay here

The atmosphere of the hotel raja seth property is very homely. All the staff behavior and food is excellent. But the rooms can be more clean and maintained. Otherwise it is a good hotel and nearby from kanpur central railway station.

Denied entry at premises. I didn't even got to checkin. They said we can't checkin after 6-7 hours have passed. This is utter nonsense. Really dissatisfied.

My stay is comfortable. Hotel is good & staff is co-operative. Location of hotel is very good for travellers.

Despite advance booking i have to wait in the reception as room was not ready. I checked in at around 8. 00 pm and room was booked from 12. 00 pm in the afternoon same day. Sorry state of affairs room was not comfortable at all as per tariff charged. Dont want to stay again
