Hotel Room Review: I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary toiletries provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a nice view. Housekeeping was timely and efficient. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, definitely worth recommending.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Purnam Residency in Bilaspur. The booking clearly mentioned that breakfast was included as a buffet, which usually means guests can choose from a variety of items. However, when I went for breakfast, the staff strictly limited me to only one paratha and one omelette. When I questioned this, they were rude and refused to serve anything more, completely going against the definition of a buffet. This kind of misleading practice is unacceptable, and it felt like the staff were more focused on cutting costs than providing a good experience for guests. It really put a damper on my stay. If you advertise buffet breakfast, then honor it properly.

They were demanding that we pay an extra amount due to a small spot on the bedsheet. However, according to hotel policy, they are supposed to change and clean the bedsheets regularly. I couldn’t find any mention anywhere that guests are required to pay if a bedsheet gets dirty.

Checkin not accepted, they have given my booked room to someone else

The hotel doesn't even fulfill the basics. They are enjoying the monopoly of being the only big hotel in the town. Negative points 1) dirty room 2) inefficient cooling 3) extremely slow service 4) no amenities 5) indifferent staff attitude positive points 1) located in a shopping complex, so the basic amenities unavailable at the hotel room can be purchased. Overall, not worth visiting again. Bilaspur badly needs a good quality hotel.

Location is good. Approachable. Service and food quality is good too. Rooms also good for stay.

Hotel doesn't have staff. Just 2 persons doing job, Vijay during night and vaishali during day. Whole Hotel is being run by these 2. Restaurant is useless, very expensive, without service.

The negligence in upkeep undermines the hotel's reputation and leaves patrons feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Despite the initial allure of its aesthetics, the reality of the poorly maintained room highlights the importance of consistent upkeep in hospitality establishments. In conclusion, while the hotel room may have the potential to offer a luxurious experience, the lack of maintenance ultimately renders it sub-par and fails to justify its top-category designation.

Non professional approach they ask for extra money even for complimentary breakfast they asked for extra charges for omelets in breakfast and only after lot of arguments they relented the room service does not pick phone calls

I hate the staff they are way too arrogant, don’t have any skills and rooms aren’t that good as well

Wordt stay ever, water was not coming in morning time for 1. 5 hours due to which i was delayed for my work. I stayed for 3 days, and for breakfast, they only had parathas.

Hospitality is good services are good food quality good staff is appreciable for their services rooms are very fine, neat and clean

Amenities were old. No modern facilities. Poor housekeeping. Only advantage is that the property is located in a central location

Had a pleasant experience in purnam residency. Good food,clean room and good staff behaviour.Great location with a mall in same property. The only problem was that no staff for carrying luggage from car to hotel. Rest everthing was excellent 🤗
