Terrible experience of staying. Behaviour of owner was not so good , no toothpaste, no stool available in washroom Food was so costly and low quality. Instead of working lift we have to climb the stairs on to second floor. Smell from blankets we compliant and ask for another fresh blanket but same that smells too. Horrible experience.

The room wasn't even available as the hotel owner said all the rooms were booked. My money wad deducted and i didn't even got the room. Pathetic mmt. Can't even make sure if rooms are available or not

Hello, i booked a hotel yesterday at mandi for my mother as my father expired on 14th may at 6pm. The hospital requested my mother to stay in the hospital in night so she could not come to the hotel. As an exceptional medical emergency booking i asked the hotel to reply to makemytrip the reason for a no show and help with the cancellation charges in this difficult time of ours. Instead of helping us he didn't even listen to my multiple requests. Highly disappointing behaviour shown

Hotel is located a little outside the market area so the basic amenities are not at walkable distance. The stay was comfortable.

No hospitality ever. Worst rooms, no cleanliness at all. Don't suggest any frequent traveller to book room here. Real condition of the rooms were not same as shown in the gallery.

Please don't stay at this hotel if not compelled by business needs. Just not worth.

The room was nice and cosy and the food was alright.

Horribly dirty unhygienic hotel. Room was not clean, dust can be seen and smelt in the room. Linen were dirty. Had to go out for lunch when I saw people eating lunch were complaining about everything they were served. Strongly recommend Make my Trip to discontinue booking this hotel to save its own reputation. Room was not even worthy whereas I was charged more.

The Hotel is situated right on the National highway in very exotic place. The staff is co operative and food here is awesome. I will love to come here again and again

It was the most worst experience ever. The food was very poor. And the crockery contained dirty water in it. No room service at all.

Food is ridiculous, rooms are not tidy

Only manager Himanshu’ behavior was nice. Otherwise, it’s good for nothing we booked with half board but there was no buffet system. They charged us for boiled eggs in the morning saying that it’s not part of breakfast.
