Let me give you a quick overview of our experience at this property. We had booked 6 rooms for an office trip with around 15 people. While the property is newly constructed, it felt like it’s being managed by an inexperienced team. The overall vibe seemed more suited for elderly guests who prefer to stay indoors — definitely not for groups looking for fun or engaging activities.
The rooms were decent, but the amenities were extremely limited. The swimming pool is very small — hardly enough for a group. There are no other activities or entertainment options offered on-site.
It’s a 100% vegetarian property. While that’s not an issue for everyone, it would have been better if non-veg options were available for those who prefer it. Another major drawback — post 11 PM, the restaurant shuts down completely. We were denied even basic food requests for children, which was quite disappointing, especially during a vacation.
The strangest part? You’re not allowed to step out after a certain hour, as the security restricts movement — something I’ve never experienced before in Daman.
On the day of checkout, hotel staff came knocking at 10 AM sharp, insisting we vacate immediately, claiming all rooms were sold out. But a quick check on the MMT app showed 5 rooms available for booking at that moment — so that explanation didn’t really add up.
Lastly, the breakfast was very average and not up to the mark.
As a frequent traveler to Daman, I can confidently say I won’t be choosing this property again.
