i have booked 4 rooms for 8 adult but i got 3 rooms. and i talked to mmt for refund but i did not get refund still not.

Very bad property even we didn't stay there very bad smelling and cockroach in rooms and toiles

I recently stayed at Raspberry Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While using the pool with my friend, a staff member came over and asked us to leave, saying the pool time was over. I politely requested just 10 more minutes, but the staff member refused and immediately called the manager. The manager spoke to me over the phone and, instead of handling the situation politely, threatened to call the police if we didn’t come out of the pool. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a guest, I expect courteous communication and hospitality, not threats. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the hotel’s management and customer service. I hope the hotel improves its approach toward guests in the future. and also i left the property same time and check in another hotel

Worst experience, not suggested, service is very poor, at hotel no one is responsive person.

Not so big property,but very peaceful not so far from devka beach, food was good ,staff was polite, service is also good

Its no pathway or road to connect this hotel . At night its scary . No manager at desk point . No security at gate . So much Mosquito . So much humidity at room . Not as per the standerad and the worth money to spend . Not recommended further for family .

There was one guy Tiwari near the reception who was very very rude during checkin and checkout.. trust me the hotel was empty and we wanted to use the washroom hence we requested for 10 min late checkout. I understand that hotels have policy but why would someone be so arrogant. We were so cooperative. The hotel rooms were untidy there were cockroaches all over the bed spider cobs and spiders. Washroom seats were broken. There were kettle machine without kettle we had changed room twice. Also the mirror was broken. I would suggest if u would like to visit please think twice.

Bathroom basin was leaking. No batteries in the tv remote. Bed was pathetic. Zero value for money.

Rooms are not in proper appropriate manner. No facility there and bad smell in rooms, bathrooms are not in good condition

It was terrible experience staying with them. Rooms had constant foul smell. Floor was sticky. There were no toiletries provided and when we asked they charged extra money for that. Staff was really rude and drunk. Hotel has nothing near by. Girls group should avoid this place.

Hotel cleaning and hygiene issue, washroom have very bad smell, it very far from beach, food is not upto the mark.

Water is not coming and very bad service. And no respose from hotel staf we are troubling so many time but they not solve it

The room was not nice at all. They provided us used bed sheets. Even the floor had leakage. Smell was very bad. We couldn't slept there.

One of the worst experience worst room service bakwaas restaurant. .

The hotel is far away from dewka beach, food quality is not good, wi-fi is not working also frequently power cut is there.

If you have vihicle then choose this property it's too far from devka beach, hotel service not that good food is okay food too much costly.

Poor property location and very poor services, traveller should avoid such bad hotel, poooooooooor

Hotel is good clean rooms and bathrooms are also neat and clean towels are little bit poor restaurant should be upgraded only one adverse thing is hotel is very far from the city, in village area, if you haven't your own vehicle than it is difficult to reach at hotel and also expensive. To get rikshaw or taxi is difficult. No other facilities available nearby

The experience was very good. Nice looking and good service, but the hotel was at the end of the village.
