Review Of Hotel Prince Garden Daman

I was initially confused about where to stay in Daman since most hotels had mixed reviews. I finally booked Prince Garden for my family—my husband, daughter, and me—and it turned out to be a great choice! The rooms and pool were clean, the food and breakfast were delicious, and the staff, especially Vivek Bhai, were very helpful. The location is peaceful yet just 15 minutes from the main tourist spots, and getting transport is easy. A perfect stay for families or friends!

min.food is good but regarding the cleanliness and location it is below average

Don't spoil your good family time by booking your stay in this hotel. no management for guest comfort. Not served breakfast evale though booking done with breakfast. management don't have skill or capacity to manage guest. also when I ordered veg food as I m pure vegetarian, they served non-veg food without informing me and my family members. this is the worst stay and time I ever had with my family and spoiled my money also

Extra small size rooms at INR 2800, No dental kit, water bottle or clean towel. Worst hotel to stay, they are providing guest house/lodge type room after charging huge amount

Resort was very very good Booking was hasslefree all thanks to MMT Staff Food and cleanliness all were good mainly hygiene maintenance of swimming pool was superb highly recommended

It was my second time at this hotel previously I had wonderful experience. This they have lowered their standards. Blankets were very dirty full of stains. Pool was flooded with dead insects & beer cans. I have to call literally 10 time then someone will respond at reception. Even after booking a week ago I have to wait almost an hour to get to room, even though I arrived 5 hour after the check in time

Mismanagement due to weekend rush. Towels were very dirty. Ac fridge tv not working however isssue resolved when talked to the management.

No cooperative staff, checkin was delayed by half n hour. Misrepresentation of rooms in MMT.

Third class property, Staff behavior too much roodley, light proper not working, @1 am light gone for 3 hrs. no power backup. specially reception Ladies staff behavior too much terrible.

Please don’t stay in this hotel and front desk were rude and needs some soft skills training and staff members were also not educated and property is not well maintained there is no proper case of any urgency they don’t have there manager n owner number. So please don’t visit this and also all places from daman is very far this is also one of the disadvantages of this hotel.

Property infrastructure was huge and room was good but service was pathetic and there was cleanliness issue across the property outdoor and indoor areas.

don't book through makemytrip, they are charging much higher than hotel own charges, don't be foolish

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance.

food is quite good, they have maintained cleanliness & hygiene, one thing I don't like is that, there were no one there on reception, we have called multiple times no one was answering, they surely need to change their door looks as key card are not working properly, we was stuck for an hour, Waiting in lobby for our doors to be open.

The hotel was excellent, offering three different restaurants for dining. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Food and service are poor. They take a long time to serve the food and the taste is not so wow. Full staff was not available. The swimming pool and rooms were good.
