Review Of Regenta Central Harsha Vapi

The room bathroom stinks with bad odour. It has cleanliness issues. The common bathroom on the ground floor is also full of stink. The food quality is not up to standard. The room rent is not worth 2500 charged per night.

Not maintained well, even bed bugs also there, except staff behaviour rest everything terrible experience

It is very dirty room & even bedsheet didn't change when I entered the room & power card slot also not working properly & I inform the receptionist immediately but he came to the room after 15/20 minutes & without a sorry message, He offered me a new room which also has a different problem as wash basin water leakage & the entire bathroom wet for this reason. The food is highly expensive & lower Qty as compared to all other restaurants in this location.

Property is on prime location, food and amenities are excellent Well, behaved, staff, and hygiene food

The stay was good, before booking this property I would suggest to check the location, this property is outside the city and quite far from Vapi railway station. Food was ok, room were nice and tidy but the receptionist in the early morning was not good in customer management.

I was not allowed to check in after a human error .. they did not consider my request at all

It's a horrible place to stay. Poor upkeep of property, rooms. Third rated hotel on the highway. There is nothing to expect from this hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Regenta Vapi. The rooms were clean, staff was polite, and food was delicious. Great location and amenities. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable experience

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at Regenta Hotel, Vapi was so appalling that it absolutely warrants a warning for future guests. Right from the check-in, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority here. There was zero support offered for luggage – forget a warm welcome, even basic courtesy seemed like too much to expect. The staff was quick to throw around their own “terms and conditions,” which had no resemblance to what was communicated at the time of booking. A promised complimentary hi-tea turned out to be nothing more than a couple of dusty tea sachets in the room. Deceptive at best. The room was unhygienic and smelled awful. To make things worse, the first room they assigned had two massive bee hives right outside the window, visible as soon as I drew the curtains. Absolutely unacceptable and borderline dangerous. Calling the reception, housekeeping, or room service? Don’t bother. Nobody picks up. Not during the day, not late at night. And you need drinking water after 11 PM – apparently the restaurant closes and no one in the entire hotel can arrange a simple bottle of water post that. Food across the board was a major letdown – bland, tasteless, and at times even stale. The breakfast buffet was the final straw. On one of the days, they almost ran out of food entirely because of “unexpected footfall” the night before – which clearly speaks volumes about their planning and preparedness. What’s worse? There was no staff present at the reception at night. No security, no support – just an empty desk. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. That’s not just poor service; it’s a serious safety concern. All in all, Regenta Hotel Vapi is a huge stain on what is supposed to be a reputable hotel chain. This was less of a stay and more of a stressful, disappointing ordeal. Would never recommend, and certainly not returning.

Old facility- bathroom not cleaned properly / room card insert not working properly / low light corridor area -

There is no internet connectivity in the top floor.Food taste was bad.I was asked to change the food choice 3-4 times each time telling that something is not available to make the dish.The hotel bathroom is of poor quality

Breakfast is very bad, Rooms are OK kind and Bathrooms are also not well maintained. Looby are poorly managed

The room was good, but the TV was not working, AC was making lot of noise, the food I wanted from the menu was unavailable.... overall a poor stay....

First of all the hotel is not in vapi it is 10-15 kms away from vapi. Staff is average quality. Location is on national highway but hard to reach. Rooms are nice. Breakfast was okay okay.
