We booked two deluxe rooms. The view from the rooms isn't that great. The rooms and washrooms are neatly maintained. Breakfast buffet is one of the best. Staff is very helpful. They even provide late room service (food) even though the choices are limited. However the burger and fries we got at night (after 12 am) weren't that great. It could be improved.

All very decent, service can be improved. In room dining orders for dessert always came without teaspoons. Makemytrip offers a 20% discount on F&B and Spa which we did not get and yes, the hotel DOES NOT have a spa in the first place

Kindly change the double bed into King size bed

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, booked . My reservation was made specifically for a room with a double bed (separate beds), as indicated during the booking process. However, upon check-in, I was informed that my reservation was for a room with a king-size bed. This discrepancy was particularly frustrating, especially considering my previous stays at your hotel where rooms with double beds (separate beds) were provided. Furthermore, the hotel's policy of charging for an extra bed was also disappointing.
