Location hotal display not proper and facilities not good

Asking for charges for essential kit like morning toothpaste which is hardly 10 rupees product . Even one rupees hair oil pouch is chargable

Staying since long at the same hotel this time restaurant service was average at breakfast time service staff was new and not understanding guest requirements serving one item to one guest and ask for same item refused to serve informing guest to book in advance when breakfast in inclusive how can you discriminate

The toilets weren’t very clean. They had permanent stains. Other than that it was okay. The room had low access to sunlight but that could be subject to my room only.

Extremely dirty and unhygienic hotel. Too many mosquitos and ants in room. Rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and pet controlled. Changed my room twice. Food is average. No proper service.

Nice room but basic facilities and service was missing. Tv was not working, they don't have dental kit available for the guest.

Property not maintained, room door lock was easily opening from outside, food did not have any test, had problems with ac, first aid did not have a basic acidity medicine, non-responsive staff, lot of smoking smell when entered the room.

Excellent service and experience. Food was good. Bed and room quality was very good. First time i have seen masala tea pouch which was unique.

Hotel is not at easy location of city, not advisable for high profile business traveller, poor services on basic amenities like shower gel wash room not up to clean plumbing are old, too much glass used everywhere looks cheap and dirty, i haven’t option for one night stay so i booked

Silver leaf well located, good infrastructure, good people needs better house keeping and cleanliness. Asset management is key to success in hospitality business.

Had to extend the stay due to work and booked family suite as other room were not available, very spacious room, amenities was good, hot water available for bathing purpose, good option in breakfast as well as quality and service was good also

Rooms are spacious, amenities mentioned on mm t are found same, food was awesome as well as options are available

It has been an excellent stay at the hotel with nice service, good food and very comfortable stay at the silver leaf hotel in vapi.

It's a worst experiance to stay at silver leaf. There was no cleanliness found all bedsheets were not clean. It was look like reused without washed. Ac was not functioning properly. No tv was updated with recharge. Finally restaurant was allow us to wait for half an hour for order, no one is their to attend and we left without eat. Worst experiance we had in the hotel. Not recommended at all. Pols do not keep such hotels in your list

It's a good hotel for a stay while traveling at vapi or nearby area.
