Ginger Hotel Vapi

The room's AC was quite good, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious as well, just the window wasn't completely functional like the handle wasn't present to close it properly.

Breakfast served was not as per standard Ginger an also always there is issue with room excess card. Has to chase them multiple times.

Highway touch hotel, good stay for travellers. Not proper parking area. Rooms are okay. It is bit outside from vapi

Aircondition water outage was leakages & its damages my laptop & ipad . In middle of night they have changed my room, not gets proper rest

Very poor service ,specially response not properly from reception desk and the washroom was not cleaned and bathroom accessories-not working ,the bed sheet with very bad smell ,“just waste of money.

Location is not good . Hotel has issue with basic operations . Used bed sheets where given had to get them replaces , bathroom shower faulty . Mid night some fire alarm started buzzing for no reason . Overy all disappointing experience

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel, Vapi, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were very smelly and poorly maintained, and the size of the room was extremely small, making it uncomfortable. Even the bed was not up to the mark and far too small for a couple to sleep properly. On top of that, the flush in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the stay. The only good part of the experience was the breakfast, which was satisfying. Overall, I expected a much better standard from Ginger Hotels, and I sincerely hope the management looks into improving room hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort.

Pathetic rooms, it’s almost hopeless. Rooms are very unhygienic and bathroom are in bad shape. And even the location is very bad.
