We had a wonderful day. The staff was amazing. They have a very good service in diamond service. They also have a water park near them. The staff was very respectful.

Good Stay
I had an amazing stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I was surprised to find that the waterpark, which is an integral part of the resort, came with an additional charge for guests. This was a bit disappointing, as I had expected it to be included in the stay.

Terrible Stay
No communications from Hotel after confirmed booking... No proper service provided from hotel staff. Issue for serving High tea due to 30 mins late reaching at hotel due to traffics.

Food was excellent but was on a little higher side....location was nice ....facilities has to be increased as steam sauna and spa which was missing in such a huge property

worst hotel ever
no water .. worstest experience in entire my life said no for water ..that is something pathetic . i never had such experience that they said no for 2 rs bottle for baby less than a year .. i just feel terrible

We would like to clarify that at Mirasol Resort, we never deny water or meals for infants. In fact, milk and baby khichdi are always provided as complimentary for babies. The bottled water placed in the room is replenished daily during the stay based on the reservation. On the day of checkout, additional bottled water is treated as an add-on service. During the same, an alternative of RO water was offered, which we understand was not accepted. it was wonderful experience, very enjoyable place to play for kids .children enjoyed boating , train etc..ver nce service and food was excellent..enjoyed a lot.

Property & food is good ... But the staff is very rude in their behaviour. Room is spacious but the lobby outside the room stinks & gives a stale feeling. Staff are very adamant on the basic request & don't care for the customer.

Decent resort for families.
In house Restaurants were quite expensive. Bathroom’s shower could have been better, the pressure was low. Gaming room hardly had any indoor games. No non veg options in morning breakfast.

Good Stay
Stayed with family for two nights. The property is good and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool was clean. Staff was cooperative. Breakfast Buffet had many options and food quality was good. The Alcarte was super expensive. Had to explore outside options for Lunch and Dinner. The water park requires at least 25–30 people to operate, which can be a drawback if you’re visiting during less crowded days.

It’s fantastic. The staff are very responsible and co operative. Restaurant pakvan has awesome food test. In breakfast there are lots of variety of pure vegas well as Jain food too. Taste is also very good 👍 Over all great experience.
