Normally, we communicate all aspects of our offering, including chargeable services, beforehand. It's unfortunate that this was not thoroughly communicated during your stay. To clarify, all room bookings come with certain complementary services. However, some offerings, such as the chocolates and kaju badam you mentioned, come at an extra cost.
