property not maintained, so many rules and regulations for 1 night stay, landlines not working,

Neat & Clean. Buffet BF was missing. Good Support & offer pool view room. Hotel is good . swimming pool is also good.

location is good, food was good, people working there are nice, good service by Anjali, we were given very nice room having good view. only thing I don't like is, policy of Hotel, in few things, they are very rigid, they also need renovation. otherwise, we had a good time there.

All staff members is very good. And also food is best 👌

Not upto the marked Very bad contioned of rooms like normal hotel. They charged like a 4 star hotel but nt even 1 star hotel.

The location is great, staff were friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean, but the facilities could be better. The swimming pool was nice, clean and maintained. Overall decent stay with some room for improvement in comfort.

The room is good, the service is good but there is a hot water issue and a running tap and no shower

Hotel location was good. Apart from that, basic amenities weren't in place for example bathroom door made creaking noises while opening, when you turn on the shower, water would come out of the tap as well, housekeeping was also under par inspite of leaving our keys at the reception and asking for water refill & towel change, nothing was done when we were back. There was a group of noisy youngsters partying till 12am at night, management was biased to them since they had a group booking. When we complained those guys moved into their rooms but the noise didn't go down. Bad experience overall!

Wifi not working room extension not working. We need to call mobile numbers of hotel room which was allocated to us had broken shower and tap was also not working. We have to change the room newly allotted room had defected toilet seat we ask to arrange few glasses but hotel denied as we brought alcohol from outside. They would have provided glasses if we buy alcohol from hotel food and alcohol is costly. We order few snacks but not good taste bf timing in hotel brochure is 8am but when we check in they said 830am. Even 830am breakfast was not ready

Washroom was not comfortable bed sheet and blankets was not clean. Even food quality was not as per expectation.
