1 . Bathroom is very poor condition, shower 🚿 also water leakage 2. Staff is rudely behave mention receptionist person 3 . Cleaning is poor 4. Bad experiences

The primary issues were centered around the bedding and overall room cleanliness and atmosphere, which significantly detracted from my stay. ​Unacceptable Bedding Condition: The bed sheets were visibly and tactilely subpar, feeling worn out and dirty. More distressingly, there was a very bad, persistent, and highly offensive smell emanating from the bed sheets. This made it extremely difficult to sleep and felt unhygienic. ​Poor Bed Quality: Beyond the sheets, the bed itself was very bad and uncomfortable, suggesting a need for replacement or serious maintenance. ​Pervasive Room Odor: Compounding the issue with the sheets, there was a general very bad smell lingering in the entire room. This suggests a deeper issue with ventilation or cleanliness that needs immediate attention. ​When one checks into a hotel, basic hygiene and comfort are non-negotiable expectations. The state of the bedding and the pervasive odor made the room feel unkempt and frankly, repulsive. This completely ruined the potential for a relaxing stay. ​I urge you to investigate these issues immediately, particularly the quality and cleaning process of your bedding and the source of the foul odors in the room. ​I expect a response acknowledging these serious shortcomings. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Bedsheets are not washed. It is smelling like anything. There is no right person available who can acknowledge this feedback. they even charge for water bottle which is taken on 2nd day of stay.

Bad room service. Charged a good amount of tariff, but we still had to pay for the water bottles provided in the room. No towel and No shower kit was provided during check in. Average experience overall.

Their staff are very unloyal also services are very poor do not ave Mouth kits and all they take charges pf 5 star hotel and service are like 1/2 star hotel

3rd class washroom, not justified for its price , extremely overrated truly unforgettable experience, still recovering.

roon service was uo to the mark but the facilities provided in the rooms was not working up to the mark & also the worth was not the worth money plus no food serive was regular and repeated which was very common

Room was good but was near restaurant so sometimes smoke and alcohol smells comes from outside

Hotel house keeping is so poor, both room drainage is choked, room service horrible because no towel, soap, sleeper is there. Every time we call and said for service, food is also bad.

Rooms needs proper ventilation. On ground floor rooms we cannot open the window due to privacy and security reasons. The swimming pool is just an oversize d jacuzzi. Food is just average and tasteless. We ordered chicken club sandwich and chicken biryani which were not that great plus the menu is too costly.

Room and service has not good. Breakfast time was 8:30 am and delivered on 9:00 am. Dental kit and saving kit also not available in room
