Hotel has updated that they are having facility of Restaurants and Bar. However, after reaching there and completing the check in process, we came to know that Bar is not operational and that too when we asked for the same. If the same was not operational then, it should be updated while we are booking, even at the time of check in, staff did not inform for the same. When we asked to cancel the booking, they agreed to provide from their another hotel, but at night they called and informed that we have to tell them by 8 pm only , after that they won’t be able to provide. So overall , we had bad service experience, false commitment, false declaration
