Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The stay was very good. The location of the hotel is great. Right on the beach and close to a happening place. The restaurant food is very good and we enjoyed our meals there.

Poor Stay

This hotel is not worth. First of all shower does not have any pressure at all. I stayed in 405, hotel could have atleast install pressure pump. They call them selves beach hotel but does not have any water tap outside room to clean feet. Food was very oily. They did not have knife, sticks to stir tea. Pathetic.

Excellent location - V good Property. Team on ground is passionate about their work. I must say, efforts on ground makes it a special place for any family vacation. 2 mins walk to beach makes it even attractive to select. Few maintenance issues , the property owner need to arrange to get 5 star rating.

Good Stay at Praveg esort Nagoa

A suitably located and well managed resort with adequate and helpful staff. Amenities and services were very satisfactory. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Food and service was equally good and suited our family requirements. Despite the heavy downpour for over a day the response of the staff was very positive. Only suggestion I have is to be geared up for the rainy season by having anti skid sheets placed in common areas, rooms entrance, reception etc. as it was wet and slippery throughout...Overall a very good experience...I will recommend the place to my friends and will look forward to another visit in the future

Location is good. WiFi and TV channels didn’t work. Rooms don’t have dark curtains to prevent excess daylight from the glass doors. Fridge light is too bright for the night.

overpriced hotel with minimum attention

Firstly, the pricing was way too high we double checked it with their other customers and they told us that they booked the cottage in half of the price which we paid and that was shocking. That means we paid double price for the same room they rented. Secondly, In the room there were some munching items and to our shock they were expired we opened the packet had one cashew and it was expired not only cashew the packet of almonds and pista were also expired. thirdly,the water was salty in bathing and basin no other hotel has salty water. Forth point, the door has glass brick in it so the sun directly gets into the room if not sun then sunlight and it's impossible to sleep in the afternoon just because of the sunlight they should have installed curtains or something so that sunlight can't come through the door.

The staff were not responding on the given extension whether it is house keeping or reception, need to visit them for any requirement which is changing for disabled person like me. Within 30-40 minutes after check in electricity got cut and after multiple tries on extension no one came to check, after physical visit to reception they came and rectified the issue. Food and other things were good.
